How We
Work
With You

What Happens First?

Step 1

Onboarding: We begin by discussing your goals and vision.

Budget & Timeline: Together, we set expectations on budget, deadlines, and schedule. If you’re unsure about your budget, we’ll explore solutions at various price points.

Options & Solutions: Based on your needs and resources, we present tailored options that fit your vision and budget. Depending on the project, we may start with strategy sessions to guide us through the project, including early drafts or style frames, in the form of a debrief with references.

Initiation: From there, we move into production, finalizing designs and scripts before animation (and possibly voiceovers) before moving onto production.

What Happens During the Project?

Step 2

Regular Updates: We keep you informed with consistent check-ins and progress reports.

Feedback Rounds: Your input is essential. You can expect 2-4 rounds of feedback, during which we’ll fine-tune everything based on your insights. We understand that every client is different, so we do make allowances for additional rounds of feedback. This can be discussed and agreed upon in the early stages of the project.

Problem Solving: We’re here to make things easier, not harder. Our goal is to solve challenges and deliver the best possible outcome without adding stress.

What Happens After

Step 3

Final Delivery: We add the final touches with sound design and compositing, creating the depth and magic that make your project shine, while ensuring it meets your needs and is delivered on time.

Ongoing Support: We’re here to answer any questions or provide post-launch adjustments if needed.

Promotion: With your permission, we love sharing success stories and can feature your project in our portfolio or social channels.

Feedback & Testimonial: Your experience matters. We may ask for your thoughts or a testimonial to help us improve.

Note: We don’t promise award submissions, but if we believe your project has that spark, we may suggest submitting it for relevant opportunities. Our focus is always on delivering high-quality work you can be proud of.

FAQs –
Your Questions
Answered

How long does it take to complete a project?

No two quests are the same. Some battles are won in 6-8 weeks, while others may take more time depending on the complexity. If time is of the essence, fear not—we’ve fast-tracked projects before, rallying our team to deliver even on short timelines.

What does your creative process look like?

It begins with setting the course—defining the goals of your quest. From there, strategy becomes our guiding star, leading us through early drafts, storyboards, style frames, and eventually the grand designs. Once our allies have approved, we move into animation and wrap it all up with sound and magic.

When should I call Kingdom of Something?

The earlier, the better! We love embarking on the journey with you from the start, helping to set the course and head in the right direction. The sooner we partner, the faster we can help guide you to victory. And not to worry, we’ve faced a few dragons on tight deadlines in the past and emerged victorious, even when the clock was ticking.

Why do you call yourself knights?

There’s nothing more uniting than a great story. We’ve chosen to embrace the name and all the strength it brings. Every project is a battle, and when our clients win their battles, we win ours. This playful approach creates a strong internal culture that translates to the powerful, creative output we deliver. After all, knights of the realm take pride in their craft.

How big is your team?

Agility is our superpower. We are versatile, and prepared to take on any size project. Our core team of 10 can scale up as needed, tapping into a global network of freelancers and in-house talent. Whether it’s a small task or a large-scale project, we’re equipped and ready for any challenge.

Who are your typical clients?

We’ve sailed all seven seas, working with allies far and wide—from Los Angeles to Seoul, Dubai, and beyond. We’re skilled sailors, navigating creative waters for clients both big and small. Check out our strongholds on the landing page to see the many companies who have joined forces with us. Whether you’re launching a new product or creating a full video series, we’ll chart a course to meet your goals.

What happens if I don't like the work you deliver?

We believe in collaboration and want you to be thrilled with the final result. If something isn't working for you, we’ll revisit it and make necessary adjustments to ensure it aligns with your vision. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we won’t stop until you're happy with the outcome.

Can i have the source files?

We typically don’t share our source files, but once the project is complete and any outstanding agreements or payments are settled, we can talk about your needs to reach an agreement that works for both parties.

How many feedback rounds do I get?

Typically, we offer two to three rounds of revisions, but we’re flexible. If more rounds are needed, we can discuss a solution that ensures the project stays on track while keeping the feedback process smooth and efficient.

What if it's urgent?

We understand that sometimes speed is essential. If you have an urgent project, let us know right away. We’ve fast-tracked many projects before and can rally the troops to meet tight deadlines while still delivering top-notch quality.

Who will be my point of contact on a project?

You’ll be paired with our producer, who will be your primary point of contact from start to finish. They'll keep you updated on progress, gather feedback, and ensure everything is running smoothly, so you always know where the project stands.
