Optiver is a trading company with offices all around the world. Praised by employees for being different from other trading companies, they wanted to showcase their characteristics and show new recruits their unique culture via video.

Together with Optiver, we figured out what was actually unique about their company by conducting interviews with Optiverians on various levels in the company.
In a tight cooperative process with Optiver, we took the learnings from the interviews and defined 5 core values that resonated with the internal culture. These core values were then translated into 5 different scenarios that would demonstrate the values in action.The film is being used as part of Optiver’s onboarding process, helping new recruits navigate and adapt to their culture.
